When reporting a problem, please include the following details to help us investigate quickly:- Email address associated with your account
- API key (last 4 digits only — never share the full key)
- Model ID used (e.g.,
gemma-2b-it-q4_0) - Full error message or unexpected behavior
- Timestamp of when the issue occurred (including timezone)
- Sample request (without sensitive data, if possible)
Urgent Production Issues
If you are experiencing a production outage or critical error:- Clearly mark your email subject line as: URGENT: Production Issue
- Include request timestamps and model IDs
- Include last 4 digits of the affected API key
