Reporting Issues

When reporting a problem, please include the following details to help us investigate quickly:
  • Email address associated with your account
  • API key (last 4 digits only — never share the full key)
  • Model ID used (e.g., gemma-2b-it-q4_0)
  • Full error message or unexpected behavior
  • Timestamp of when the issue occurred (including timezone)
  • Sample request (without sensitive data, if possible)
Providing complete information helps us resolve issues faster.

Urgent Production Issues

If you are experiencing a production outage or critical error:
  • Clearly mark your email subject line as: URGENT: Production Issue
  • Include request timestamps and model IDs
  • Include last 4 digits of the affected API key
Our team prioritizes production-impacting incidents.
